Yes, virtual attendance is available to all registrants. However, we strongly encourage Hamilton-area physicians to attend in person to maximize the educational experience, networking opportunities, and to support the Academy. In-person attendees also enjoy catered lunch and are eligible for prize draws at the event.

Yes, the Hamilton Convention Centre offers on-site parking. Parking fees apply and are not included in registration. We recommend carpooling or using public transit when possible. Detailed parking information will be sent to registered attendees in early January.

Cancellations made before January 15, 2026 will receive a full refund minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations after January 15 are non-refundable, but you may transfer your registration to a colleague at no charge. Please contact info@hamiltondoctors.ca for cancellation or transfer requests.

You can join HAM during the registration process for just $10 in your first year. This membership gives you free access to Clinical Day and all HAM benefits for the year. After your first year, annual renewal fees are $250 for active physicians under 65, $50 for retired physicians, free for medical students, and $50 for residents.

Session recordings are not routinely provided, as this is a live educational event designed for real-time engagement. However, virtual attendees will have live access to all sessions. Presentation slides may be shared with registered attendees at the discretion of individual speakers.

Yes! While the program is designed primarily for physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and other allied health professionals are welcome to attend.
